Spa Etiquette

Environment

We ask that you turn off your mobile phone and/or pager to maintain our serene ambiance. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our facility.

Scheduling

Our scheduling is designed to allow for sufficient time needed to complete your spa services. To enjoy every moment of your spa experience please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, however we cannot promise to complete your full service. When scheduling your spa service, credit cards are required to reserve your appointment.

Upon Arrival

You will be escorted to the women’s or men’s dressing room where robes, sandals, towels and essential amenities are provided by Persona.

New Client

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa service. This allows time for your spa tour, health profile and the ability to unwind in our relaxation area before being whisked away for your treatment.

Return Client

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service. Once in your spa robe enjoy light refreshments in our relaxation area and the peacefulness of our waterfall before beginning your spa services. Following your treatment, step into our mosaic tile shower to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Payments

All credit cards, personal checks and cash. Gratuity is appreciated for most Spa Services.

Appointments

Reserve your next appointment before leaving the spa to be assured of your preferred appointment time.

Cancellation

24 hour cancellation notice is required for all Spa Services. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the full value of the service will be charged to your credit card. For short notice Medical Treatment cancellations, please refer to the following cancellation fees.
