Exilis Ultra 360 is a device from BTL Aesthetics that offers noninvasive face and body rejuvenation. Monopolar radiofrequency (RF) provides 360° volumetric heating to disrupt old collagen fibers and initiate the process of new collagen formation. This technology allows us to address a range of cosmetic issues safely and effectively. The device also comes with built-in cooling technology for greater precision and patient comfort.

Your Exilis Ultra 360 Treatment at Persona™
The Exilis Ultra 360 starts with an initial consultation during which we will discuss your concerns, goals and health to see if you are a candidate. If you decide to pursue this treatment, we will schedule an appointment and provide instructions to help you prepare.
On the day of your treatment, you may need to change into a robe and remove all makeup, jewelry and any items containing metal. You will be seated or lying on a comfortable treatment table. Your provider will then cleanse the treatment site and apply a clear gel. They will place the handpiece on the treatment site and move it in a circular motion back and forth for several minutes at a time.
The Exilis Ultra 360 releases energy pulses at 30-second intervals. You may feel slight heat but no pain with each pulse. In fact, many of our patients compare the sensation to a hot stone massage. Between pulses, the built-in cooling system helps keep the upper layers of your skin cool. Your provider may change the device’s settings occasionally to ensure your skin and other tissues reach the appropriate temperature.
The whole treatment should last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. You can resume your usual routine immediately and plan to return for additional treatments to achieve optimal results.
