Kathi Jones is a distinguished leader in the aesthetic industry, serving as the President and CEO of Persona Medical Spa. With over 20 years of experience in nursing and aesthetics, Kathi blends medical expertise with a passion for enhancing beauty. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and is a certified Medical Aesthetician. After years in critical care, cardiology, orthopedics, and plastic surgery, Kathi transitioned into the aesthetics field, where she has become a leader in advanced treatments such as IPL Photo Facials, CO2 Laser rejuvenation, PDO Thread Lifts, Botox, Dysport, and a variety of dermal fillers.

Kathi is dedicated to customizing treatment plans that address each client’s unique concerns. Driven by her passion for helping clients achieve their highest aesthetic goals, she has built lasting, trust-based relationships with those she serves. Her philosophy centers on providing innovative, results-driven treatments while fostering meaningful connections with clients.

Kathi is committed to keeping Persona Medical Spa at the forefront of the aesthetics industry, continually learning and adapting to the latest trends and technologies. In the future, she plans to expand Persona’s offerings with a holistic wellness program to support nutritional, hormonal, and neurological health alongside traditional aesthetic services.
